Delivery is made, if the product is in stock, usually 2-5 business days after receipt of order or payment. In case of delivery delays, the customer will be informed.
For orders over 50 pieces, delivery within 7-14 days.
I have been supplied with the wrong article. How do I proceed?
Inform us about the wrong delivery on and we will send you the correct item immediately. We will pay the postage for the return.

Shipping abroad is always sent as registered mail. Additional customs charges may apply.
Can I order on account?

I bought the wrong product, can I return it?
Provided that the packaging has not yet been opened or the product shows no signs of use, it can be exchanged.
My purchased product no longer works or is defective. Can I exchange it?

Who pays the cost of postage for a return or exchange?
In case of exchange or return you bear the postage costs. If an incorrect item was delivered, the postage costs is on us.
